Leah began taking guitar lessons when she was in the 3rd grade and added piano lessons in the 5th grade.
She started playing in the worship band at her church 2 years later and continued to lead each weekend throughout her time in college.
Leah began teaching guitar and piano lessons in 2005 at the age of 15. By the end of her senior year in high school, she had taught over 20 students.

Leadership
Leah has led worship at many retreats throughout the years. She has also led a workshop at an Ohio youth convention and has coached teams at different churches. During her time in college, Leah developed an intensive worship mentoring program for a group of young aspiring worship leaders.

Worship Leading
Leah interned at two fabulous churches, including LifeBridge Christian Church, where she learned under the leadership of Tim Foot.
Leah spent four years as the Worship Pastor at ThornCreek Church. During her time there, she worked hard to grow and develop the Worship Ministry as well as the youth worship band. Leah was very passionate and committed to pouring into young musicians, singers and worship leaders, helping them realize and develop their gifts so they could reach their fullest potential.
Leah had the honor of being mentored by Whitney Costa, one of the main worship leaders at Flatirons Community Church.

Vocal Judge
Leah had the opportunity to serve as one of the Vocal Judges for Erie High School's "Songs You'll Never Sing" Project.

International
Opportunities
Leah has traveled to Brazil, Canada & Kenya where she has used her knowledge and talents to bless, educate and empower people with the gift of music!
She traveled to Brazil and Canada with the University Choir. After her time in college, she traveled to Kenya, where she helped teach and coach the members of a church worship band. She also taught music lessons to a few people in the community and spent time at an orphanage, helping them with purchasing and distributing medicine and nutritious food for the children.


Teaching Experience
With over 15 years of experience, Leah has taught over 150 students, ranging from age 3 to 65. She has taught private lessons as well as group lessons, offering guitar, piano, ukulele, and vocal lessons as well as foundations of music group classes for young children.
